Tunu ya Kheri Conference for KICC, Nairobi Sunday Dec. 14
The conference, themed "Light upon Light," will feature various scholars from within and outside the country giving inspiring and motivational lectures.

The third edition of the Tunu ya Kheri Islamic conference is coming to Nairobi. The annual Islamic conference will be held on Sunday, December 14, at the KICC, Nairobi.
The conference, themed "Light upon Light," will feature various scholars from within and outside the country giving inspiring and motivational lectures.
Among the scholars expected at the event are Sheikh Ahmad Uthman, from Nairobi, Sheikh Hassan Ahmad from Malindi, Sheikh Uthman Mujahid also from Malindi, Sheikh Yusuf Abdi from Mombasa and Sheikh Ibrahim Njuguna from Nairobi.
Other speakers will include Sheikh Shamsi Elmi from Tanzania, Sheikh Muhammad Hussein from Nairobi, and the founder of the Tunu ya Kheri conference, Sheikh Muhammad Bahero.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to win a ticket to perform Umrah, the minor pilgrimage.
Previous events have been held in Mombasa, and last year's conference at the Sheikh Zayed Children Centre was graced by the internationally renowned scholar Dr Zakir Naik, the founder of Peace TV.
Entrance fees for the conference will cost Sh1,500.
