NAMLEF brings warmth to Gaza families amid harsh winter
NAMLEF has consistently provided humanitarian support to affected families and children, as part of its commitment to improving the lives of the people of Gaza and Palestine.

As part of its continued efforts to ease the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza, the National Muslim Leaders Forum (NAMLEF) has donated winter relief kits to help families cope with the harsh cold currently gripping the besieged enclave.
Through its Family Pledge campaign, NAMLEF’s November 2025 Gaza Project distributed 200 winter kits aimed at providing warmth and comfort to vulnerable women and children during the winter season. The donation also included tents and foam mattresses to improve shelter conditions for displaced families.
Thousands of families in Gaza are enduring freezing nights with little more than the clothes they are wearing. The winter kits offer warm clothing and basic protection from the bitter cold, bringing a measure of comfort amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
“In November 2025, thanks to your generous contributions, Family Pledge – NAMLEF Community, we distributed 10 tents and 100 foam mattresses to families headed by women—giving mothers and children a shelter that protects them from the bitter cold and the harshness of displacement,” said the organization.
For more than a year, NAMLEF has consistently provided humanitarian support to affected families and children, as part of its commitment to improving the lives of the people of Gaza and Palestine.

“To our beloved Kenyan donors, thank you. Your compassion crossed oceans and brought warmth, dignity, and relief to Gaza’s most vulnerable. May Allah reward you with warmth that never fades, blessings that continue to grow, and happiness that shades you as you have shaded others,” read an appreciation note to those who contributed to the initiative to ease the suffering of the people of Gaza who have been undergoing the throes of a genocide perpetrated by the Israeli occupation.
The Family Pledge is a monthly commitment where for only Sh1,300, or $13 a month, a pledge can be made to help a family in Palestine providing food, clean water, basic medical aid, shelter and other essential needs. Donations can be made through Mpesa Paybill number 4230008 Acc no: Your name
