Hamas and "Israel" have reached a ceasefire agreement.
Hamas and Israel have reached a ceasefire agreement, halting hostilities after intense conflict. The deal marks a pause in violence and opens a window for humanitarian efforts and negotiations.

Press statement from Hamas:
After responsible and serious negotiations undertaken by the movement and the Palestinian resistance factions on President Trump's proposal in Sharm el- Sheikh - aimed at stopping the war of extermination against our Palestinian people and achieving the withdrawal of the occupation from the Gaza Strip - the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announces that an agreement has been reached providing for an end to the war on Gaza, the withdrawal of the occupation, the entry of aid, and a prisoner exchange.
We highly value the efforts of the brotherly mediators in Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey, and we also appreciate the efforts of U.S. President Donald Trump aimed at ending the war permanently and securing the full withdrawal of the Occupation from Gaza.
We call on President Trump, the guarantor states, and all Arab, Islamic, and international parties to ensure that the occupation government fully implements the obligations of the agreement, and to prevent it from evading or delaying the implementation of what has been agreed.
We salute our great people in Gaza, in Jerusalem and the West Bank, inside the homeland and abroad, who have shown unparalleled honor, heroism, and dignity, and who have confronted the fascist occupation's schemes targeting them and their national rights. These sacrifices and heroic stances have thwarted the Israeli occupation's plans of subjugation and displacement.
We affirm that our people's sacrifices will not be in vain, and that we will remain true to our pledge: we will never abandon our national rights until freedom, independence, and self-determination are achieved.
