Top Notch Management Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive (Snack Business) on behalf of a client involved in healthy snacks distribution.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling snack products to retail outlets including wineries, drinking joints, supermarkets, and office clients, with the aim of increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits to monitor product availability and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate product placement and visibility within outlets
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and order collections
- Monitor stock movement and recommend replenishment
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG, snacks, beverages, or retail sales
- Good understanding of retail and hospitality market operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer and reporting skills
