A food manufacturing company in Athi River is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production operations and staff activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance
- Enforce workplace health and safety procedures
- Coordinate machine operations, maintenance, and downtime reporting
- Train, guide, and evaluate production employees
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Work closely with quality assurance and management teams to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP/HACCP practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy and report-writing skills
- Experience with automated production systems is an added advantage
