Zimmerman Mosque invites applications from qualified and committed individuals to fill the position of Imam.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the five daily prayers, Jumu’ah, and Eid prayer
- Deliver Friday khutbahs and religious sermons
- Provide Islamic guidance and counseling to the community
- Teach Qur’an and basic Islamic studies (as required)
- Support community programs and mosque activities
Minimum Requirements
- Sound knowledge of the Qur’an, Sunnah, and Fiqh
- Hafidh of the Qur’an is highly recommended
- Good moral character and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well with the mosque committee and community
- Prior experience as an Imam will be an added advantage
